Many classes and programs are bodyweight only, especially when you’re living in the Yoga realm.
But if you plan to dive into the strength side of things most programs will require resistance bands, dumbbells or access to basic commercial gym equipment.
A mat
A set of yoga blocks
Resistance bands (long loop + mini)
A bench, step, or sturdy surface for strength days
Access to a set of heavy dumbbells or kettlebells, some strength programs will call for a barbell, pull up bar , etc. so access to a basic commercial gym will make things easier but is not always required and all exercises can be substituted.
Everything used in each class is listed clearly — you’ll never be caught off guard.
