This course is intended for yoga teachers and/or curious practitioners. The course addresses most topics from the lens of both a teacher, and a student. Making this program a valuable resource for people looking to learn how to modify their own practices during pregnancy.
There are no specific prerequisites.

All courses come with Lifetime Access! This means that you can learn completely at your own pace with full access for the lifetime of the course.
We do however reserve the right to update, change materials, or retire courses at our sole discretion. This means that Moved may periodically retire and remove courses which could impact your ongoing access. We will always notify all effected students with plenty of time and provide a plan to finish your learning should any changes occur before your completion.
