Restore & Recover is a 50 hour practical, flexible online learning course designed to designed to blend the more traditional worlds of yogic restoration with the ever-evolving principles of nervous system recovery. You will be introduced to the Restore & Recover class model intended to offer the best of both worlds to its practitioners.
Whether you’re a new or experienced teacher, this course will offer you the necessary tools to better support your student’s recovery and restorative practice needs.

All courses come with Lifetime Access! This means that you can learn completely at your own pace with full access for the lifetime of the course.
We do however reserve the right to update, change materials, or retire courses at our sole discretion.
